By accessing thefieldjourney.com and participating in THE FIELD experiences, you agree to these Terms. THE FIELD COLLECTIVE operates community and corporate wellness experiences in Naples, Florida. Event registrations via Ticket Tailor are subject to Ticket Tailor’s own terms plus these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register for an event, join THE FIELD Collective, or opt in to our SMS program. By using our site or services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Services
THE FIELD curates elevated wellness experiences — including Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, Team Activations, Midday Conference Resets and Offsites — for residential communities, hotels, private clubs and corporate teams. Offering details, pricing and availability may change.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use thefieldjourney.com and our services lawfully and respectfully, and not to interfere with the site’s operation, misuse our SMS or email programs, or misrepresent your identity when registering for an event.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, copy, photography and site content are owned by THE FIELD COLLECTIVE. You may not copy or reuse without permission.
6. Ticket Tailor & Event Registration
Our Ticket Tailor checkout displays THE FIELD Collective SMS consent language and is subject to Ticket Tailor’s own terms in addition to these Terms. The SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions below are the public legal record for carrier registration and do not need to be pasted into the Ticket Tailor checkbox.

Our experiences and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Wellness experiences such as Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation are not a substitute for medical advice — please consult a physician before participating if you have any health concerns.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE FIELD COLLECTIVE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, participation in our experiences, or receipt of SMS or email communications.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida.
